FATH EYE-Q is an ultra modern eye care clinic based in Lagos, Nigeria. The clinic has qualified doctors ready to work to help prevent, diagnose and treat any form of visual defect.

FAITH EYE-Q has treated over 1.2 million patients within a period of three years of it’s existence. We are passionate and committed in bringing solutions to people who are visually impaired.

Our scope of services is spanned from preventing eye diseases to early dictation of serious eye debilitating disease, we diagnose, manage and treat disorders of the eye, dispense optical and contact lens and we do vision therapy for people with albinism, strabismus etc.

FATH EYE-Q provides its first class comprehensive eye service for residence within and outside the clinic location, corporate organizations, schools, and health management organizations (HMOs) such as AXAMANSARD, NNPC, HYGEIA, ALLAIANCE, RELLIANCE, WELLNESS, LIFE ACTION PLUS AND MAAYOIT. We have raised a standard of trust and integrity by carefully making our patients feel comfortable while we serve them.

FATH EYE-Q is registered by the National and State Optometry Regulatory Board, Lagos State Health Regulatory Bodies to operate as an eye care center and also registered by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

About the Doctor

Doctor Alaoma Faith, a graduate from Imo State University, studied Optometry and graduated with an (OD) Doctor Optometry. Doctor Alaoma Faith is a dedicated qualified optometrist with over 12 years of work experience.

Skilled in evaluating and effectively providing quality eye care services. An expert in refraction and passionate about accurately assessing patience with low vision impairment and providing alternative modules (Low Vision Aids) towards bringing about an improved vision. Adept at identifying causes of other visual challenges and proffering suitable solutions towards their management.

A people oriented person, derives pleasure in carrying out humanitarian services (have participated in two concluded Bosko HMI Outreach Organized by Lagos State) going about it with an air of patience, friendliness and tolerance.
